Regular Season Round 7: TalTech - Alkar 85-51

Everything went according to plan when sixth ranked EstonianTalTech (2-2) outplayed bottom-ranked Croatian Alkar (0-3) in Tallinn 85-51 on Wednesday. TalTech looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Alkar 's players. It was an exceptional evening for Kristjan Kitsing (205-1990) who led the winners and scored 17 points. point guard Siim-Markus Post (184-1997) accounted for 7 points and 8 assists for the winning side. American guard Demetric Horton (196, college: NC A&T, agency: Players Group) came up with 9 points and 5 rebounds and forward Mladen Tomasevic (203-2003) added 4 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Alkar in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. TalTech moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Groningen. Loser Alkar still closes the standings with three games lost.
